Their billing services are terrible. Today I received an email regarding "final medical bill alert" which contained a link to pay my bill. I clicked on the link, which took me to a "Click2Pay" website. NOTHING in the email said what I was being billed for or how much. And given of all the "phishing" schemes out there, there is no way that I am going to give my credit card information to some random website. I called the billing service for Radiology Associates of the Main Line. The first time I got someone on the phone, they immediately hung up or I was disconnected. I called again and was able to speak with a customer service representative. From all of the background noise, it was clear that she was working in a boiler room. Avoid Radiology Associates of the Main Line if you can. They mis-code their services and will send you bills out of the blue. Your insurance might end up adjusting and paying for their services, which is what happened to me thankfully. BUT, wrongfully, this company may still send your bill to a collections agency despite the bill being taken care of by your insurance. Now, after nearly a year, I'm on my 3rd phone call with my insurance company and emailing the collections agency.

I am being billed for an insurance claim for months despite having supplied insurance info many times in many ways. It is in collections with fees added now. I read here other complaints and resloze I sm not alone in this experience. Many thanks to the others who wrote on this site!

You want money for services but you never took the correct info when I was a trauma patient and now I have called 7 phone numbers over 3 months after being hounded by collections for a bill I was never even sent. I moved to a different state and I have gotten everything forwarded to me including junk mail and never once got any bill…but I did get a collections letter - how does that work?! I’m sitting here trying to get the right insurance info to you for a crash in JULY and there is no one who has told me I am even in the right place. The hospital can’t even tell me what to do and that’s where I was taken and stayed two nights. Horrible.

The billing department is an absolute joke. I have been trying to resolve this insurance problem Ive been having for months and have given them multiple opportunities to resolve my problem, but I finally am throwing in the towel and just publicly calling them out so that maybe SOMEONE will resolve my issue. They never billed the correct insurance. Okay... I find out it's an issue months later and no one contacted me. Through a debt collector enthusiastically awaiting my $850 payment. I was floored. Company claims they sent a letter but I never got it. I spoke with multiple representatives who all saw the error and promised to bill the CORRECT insurance. Of course no one did.
