Radiology Associates of the Fox Valley

We recently had a bill sent by their bill payment servicer (mydocbill). This bill was sent to my insurance company and was paid out back in May. I have a explanation of benefits indicating this. We did not receive a bill until November for this date of service from the bill servicer. When I called to explain this they claim they have never received any payment and that we owe the full amount. Considering the over 100 negative 1-star reviews it's safe to say this bill servicer is giving them a real bad image. If you get an EOB for Radiology Associates of Fox Valley I would call immediately to ensure you don't fall prey to this predatory Bill Servicer.

When I came in we thought I may be having a stroke. Super nice and got me in to be scanned before my paperwork was even completed. Confirmation of clot possibility so arrangements were made for transport to the trauma hospital. Without this scan I wouldn't be here to leave this review. Many Thanks to all that assisted me that day .

Absolutely avoid this place at all cost! I am disabled and on State insurance and this company refused to bill my insurance and billed me directly. Eventually they ended up suing me however I won the case because I was on State insurance and you can't legally bill someone! Absolutely should be ashamed of yourselves and you're disgusting behaviors. This company will not let you have an opportunity to be able to talk to someone or actually be able to work things out as they don't want to take accountability in any way.

Wife received a bill from them claiming she owed over $500 due upon receipt for services a few months prior. Checked MyChart, dug into billing breakdown on payment plan that I had setup before this. The charges are included in my payment plan already. Not sure why they are demanding money when they are already receiving it. Typical healthcare scam artists.

Received a collection notice for a bill that was paid by Son’s insurance.. clearly this place is double dipping, which is insurance fraud.. highly recommend everyone report this business
