Almost impossible to schedule an appointment with this service provider. My doctor sent a request for an MRI to be scheduled more than three weeks ago and I've never been contacted. I've called multiple times and after waiting half an hour every time to speak with someone, I get hung up on. I've contacted their online request for a call back and still no return call after 2 days. The first time I used them, it was the same story. Very difficult to speak with scheduling. Once I finally got to the exam room, things went fine. Except for the fact their earplugs are worthless and the machine is loud enough to damage hearing if your ears aren't protected. The only MRI exam I ever had where the techs didn't use closed headphones to protect hearing and communicate with the patient.

They do not let you make an appointment for xrays, so you have to just walk in and wait for hours. Terrible idea RIS, for both patients and employees.

The guy who answer the phone for appointments will keep on hanging up every time you call. ITS IMPOSSIBLE TO RESCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT.

Staff was rude to my wife Additionally, they are VERY expensive… We were quoted a cash price locally that was over $200 LESS THAN OUR COPAY!! DO your research. Shop around. Call another company such as AT radiology and compare your total out of pocket cost, and save yourself a LOT of money. Plus you can’t possibly have any WORSE experience anywhere else as far as customer service goes This was the first time and the last time I will ever go here.

I had my MRI on the 8th of June and it is now 3 July and the still have not read my MRI and my doctors are still waiting for the results so they can schedule a surgery to repair my hand to make it more useable. I am in pain all day everyday but those at Pablo do not seem to care enough to got the job done. I will never go there again. Going to tell my insurance not to pay.
