She has extensive personal experience with different therapeutic techniques and communicates throughout the session to ensure that you're getting the most from your time there. Very professional, kind, and honest. I'm glad to have found such a clinician in my travels. Treat yourself to some self care. It isn't selfish. Rachel is very courteous as well as knowledgeable in her profession. The setting is extremely tranquil, which is key for this type of experience. She is also good at adapting to what kind of experience you are looking for. Whether it’s someone to talk to while she’s working on you, or if you prefer peace and quiet. She will accommodate either one.
