i need the records for my son's newborn appointment. i don't have credentials to access the portal but i can't get a human to help either. my mother took him to the appointment for me because my bp was very high. she's since stopped speaking to me so i have no way of knowing what all happened at that appointment without the records. this doctor and her staff are entirely inaccessible. i dont mind self checkout, but this level of automation is ridiculous. and it seems that i am not alone in thinking so.

Great Doctor, we’ve been going there for years, HOWEVER, the recent integration with Pediatric Associates is HORRIBLE! No longer a quick, easy call to the local office. You have to go through endless menu choices, and holds, waiting for the “next available agent.” Please dump the group, and go back to the small town doctor approach!

This place is terrible. My daughter has epilepsy & they wouldn’t write a prescription for antibiotics for her sinus infection because the doctor had no openings to see her. She has been running a fever for 3 days & fevers is one of her seizure triggers. This place doesn’t care about the patients. Its a place where people who barely have insurance go & they show it

Great experience everybody here was courteous, respectful, organized and quick thinking. The doctor I seen unfortunately I don't remember his name but he was extremely professional, courteous and knowledgeable. Had the best experience here out of any pediatrician I been to. Thank you guys for treating my family so well

I love dr ray .. shes the best very sweet and my girls love her
