I had an appointment for PRP. The medical assistants were unable to draw my blood, and frequently blamed me for being "dehydrated." The PA who was supposed to do the procedure also came in an told me I must not have had enough water. I assured them I had, but they just kept poking away with no result. The office manager stated she would follow up with me to reschedule. That was a week ago, and I never heard back. I'm not sure why the procedure is offered when the staff are not competent enough to even perform phlebotomy.
