R3 Dental Group are the provide the absolute best dental/orthodontis services in the area. I’ve been coming here intermittently since HS and the stand of service has always been excellent. The staff are always welcoming, super friendly, and very knowledgeable. The staff is always accommodating and understanding and the appointments are timely. The Dentists are great and gentle when working on your teeth. Kamal the dental assistant is wonderful and will make an amazing dentist one day! I appreciate what you all do for me, my family, and many others you all serve diligently. Blessings to you all!

I got two cavities cleaned up and the dentist rested the dental instruments on my chest idk his name he seemed new. But he was “too tall” for the short tray and doesn’t sit so he instead decided to make me, a woman, uncomfortable by putting the instruments on my chest. I was so stunned I couldn’t even say anything at the time not to mention there were dental tools in my mouth I expressed my discomfort to the female assistant after who awkwardly smiled. He didn’t have any malicious intent but again I was uncomfortable.

Absolutely horrible. The staff are super unprofessional, especially concerning my crown work. My first red flag should have been the young receptionist with glasses who clearly had no idea what she was doing. My temporary crown fell off twice. They fixed it each time and told me to wait until my permanent crown arrived. They said they would call me to let me know when it was in. It has been months now, and I've heard nothing.

First visit was great 👍. Looking forward to my next consult and possibly keeping R3 dental in Silver Springs, MD as my preferred dentist.

Hands down, Dr. Shams Islam is the best oral surgeon I've ever had. Both Dr. Islam and his assistant worked seamlessly together. I underwent a root canal and experienced no pain whatsoever. I was so relaxed that I actually took a nap. Thank you for a painless and professional experience.
