I've been going to R&R for years now, actually 2 decades and I have never ĥad any issues. They're extremely helpful and they have a text service to remind you when your refills are due which is great because I am having a hard time keeping track of mine and my families 😆

Staff is passive aggressive and does not follow through on their promises. More and more people are leaving this establishment. There are a couple good employees, but that's a gamble on if you will get them or not. They all need a class on social skills and customer service. If you hate your job that much, find something else.

Not as consistent as I hoped it would be. Some of the ladies are really nice and helpful and the others just seem really grumpy sometimes. Otherwise, wait time can be kind of long. Still a decent place to go.
