I could not be happier with this place! I went in for something that needed special attention and they treated me with the upmost respect and care. Not what I was expecting from any place. I was pleasantly surprised. I’ve called a few times bugging them about meds not going through and other issues i was having and they helped me immediately! I was no bother to them. Also I want to give a special shout out to the whole staff that helped me. Ashley at the front desk, especially Monique for her special care and nurse Havilah for being so thorough and making sure I got just what I needed and felt comfortable With what I was getting and leaving with, and last but not least Kyle who was just learning but cared as well. I had a very disappointing experience at this location. I went in for what I thought would be a simple fix, I went in with the assumption I had a sinus infection and possible ear infection. I was incorrectly diagnosed with something unrelated to the symptoms I was describing. I felt the doctor didn’t hear my concerns entirely. I decided to see my primary care physician and I surely didn’t have what this urgent care doc said I had. Could it be possible if they diagnose people with certain conditions, the company could receive more funding from the state? Idk but don’t waste paying your deductible going here. I should have initially went to my primary care in the first place but didn’t want to take additional time off of work. I would not recommend this clinic for any type of treatment. The

Reception and staff are rude. Will make you pay deductibles and copay upfront before they see you. Will deny care if you questioned charges worst if they sense you will not pay. Yelled at me to leave and threatened to call a police. Worst service, very unprofessional. No respect for military spouse. Stay away from this place.

Worst place ever! Never in my life have i veen turned away because i didnt have my id! But now i have! Dont waste your time! i watched them turn away other people as well. Not a single person in the place and i can clearly see why!

Tried to take my elderly mother here after she started throwing up and not feeling well. The front desk girl looked annoyed when we arrived at 7:20 pm. She said they couldn’t see my mom, since she had a cough as well. She said upper respiratory symptoms take 40 minutes to test. Sorry my mom got sick at an inconvenient time. If you aren’t going to see patients until closing, please include this on your website and door instead of wasting everyone’s time.
