Dr. Mertz truly listens to your concerns and goals and takes the time to explain everything clearly. I never felt rushed, and it was obvious he genuinely cared about getting the best result for me. Everyone was so friendly . Especially the front desk - admin gal Caitlin . My hygienist, Shannon was fantastic. Very thorough! Went over everything in detail . And Dr Bailey was great too ! The whole team Rocked !
