Quintana Dental Practice

Terrible service! I was called earlier in the day to arrive at my appointment earlier if possible and I did. Waited in the lobby 45 minutes and was told after I personally checked with the dental hygienist I was marked as a No show! No one had checked me in! On a prior visit I was told the dental hygienist had left for the day and no one called me, I’ve asked for the office manager to call me twice now, I’ve never heard from Deborah, even after I called her the following day and I was sent to her voicemail! Ridiculous!!

While the staff is super friendly and Dr. Quintana seems to be a wonderful dentist, my total experience does not reflect good customer care. Dr. Quintana was great but pulled in several different directions while doing my filings... constantly being interrupted with questions and other patient concerns. While I didn't mind this too much, it did lead to one of my filings not being filed down or shaped correctly. Unfortunately with the numbing at the time, I did not notice this until the numbing wore off. I called and left a message to have this corrected, only to be informed later that they were very busy. I get that, but I've called 2 more times about this and it has been 6 weeks now. The resulting grinding and pressure on that part of my jaw has now become painful after I eat and I now

Extremely thorough, attentive, and knowledgeable. I'm quite impressed with the level of care.

I love going to the dentist @ Quintana Dental. Dr. Quintana is my dentist and is the BEST. He is very detail oriented and does a superb job ALL the time. It is so great that he always gives you a follow up call the evening of your appointment to make sure all is okay. The front desk staff is always friendly and welcoming. I have never had ANY problems here. I recommend this Dental Practice to all my friends.

I have severe anxiety about going to the dentist in general but Dr. Quintana is always kind, thoughtful and willing to work with me. If I'm cold, he offers a blanket, if I'm worried about a procedure, he tells me step by step what's he doing and why. If it's late and dark he walks me out and always calls later that evening to check on me. He even offered to put a vanilla smell under my nose because I dislike the smell when he's working on my teeth. His prices are also fair. You can't get a better dentist than him!!
