Quinlans has always been super! The reps and delivery persons are very nice, helpful and understanding . I highly recommend Quinlan's for all your equipment needs and it's not easy to get a good review from me 😆 but I have always been impressed with their service 😁 If you can't find what you need at one location, you can definitely find it at one of their other locations and if memory serves, they'll order it if you need it and they don't have it . Quinlans Medical Equipment is definitely the best place to go for all your needs. I got a great medical bed from them and when my old one bummed out on me, they were quick to replace it with one that now I can sleep on with comfort instead of tossing and turning all night. After waiting nearly 6 weeks for a CPAP from Medical Service Co in Hornell, I switched the order to Quinlans and had the equipment, along with excellent instructions in less than a week. I couldn’t ask for any better service.

Updating my original review. A few days after posting it I got a call from them. According to the person who called me: They actually prefer to do in-person mask fittings and can pretty much do them on a walk-in basis. The issue I had with that was I asked the original sleep coach I dealt with about being able to come in in-person, which they insisted to just send a new mask via mail. And then when I called to let them know that it wasn't a good fit they didn't really even suggest it as an option again, just opted to exchange back to the full face ones. So I think that this might be a case of them having to train/retrain their sleep coaches to actually have the patient come in if they insist for it or are having fitment issues that aren't reliably solved by mailing masks. Do not use this! Inially got diabetic sensors which were ordered. Later then they sent another box of 6 that were not ordered by my physcian No one answers the phone.So we drove to Wayland to talk to them in person We talked to a man whom was in charge and reviewed the bill He said he was goin to check to see about some type credit No one got back. To me Received threating letter bill going to collection Tried to remedy via phone today to no avail

Wonderful small town pharmacy. Very pleasant to do business with. Happy they are here in Wayland. My wife’s meds are always ready on time. Not open Sunday but I respect that for their staff. I wish they had a bigger selection of health care items like they did years ago but it’s understandable. Easy parking and in and out quickly.
