Quincy Valley Medical Center

Valley Medical Center, has been a pretty good experience for me. The staff were friendly and professional, and the building was clean and easy to get around, which helped when I was already feeling a bit stressed. I did have to wait a while before being seen, depending on how busy it was that day, but once I got back, the care felt attentive and unhurried. Overall, I felt well taken care of and would say it was a solid 4-star visit for the area.

Not that we plan to visit a lot but I'm glad we didn't have to drive to Wenatchee to be reassured. We had been holding off on taking our son in for his cough, just letting it run it's course but then he had a longer coughing fit that made us nervous so we had him checked out. Staff were efficient., The doctor was really nice and explained why he didn't need treatment and what to watch for in detail, which reassured us we were doing the right things and that he was in deed fine even if it seemed scary.

Was in ER recently for something new to me , I was concerned it was something that could be potentially life threatening. Within a very short time test were ran and concluded that I did not have a life threatening situation from ER standpoint and learned more about the condition and symptoms that I was experiencing. The Np was particularly informative to what I was going through. I’m most certainly grateful for the care and outcome I received. 🙏🏼

I took my daughter to the ER because she a really high fever and I saw a doctor and he said she was fine and had a common fever. But that was not the case. I knew something was wrong with her and I took her else where. And turns out she had an ear infection and a virus. Don’t trust doctors who say your child is fine when they’re aren’t. They don’t even bother to check properly.

The emergency staff was so professional and quick to address the issue. I felt well taken care of.
