Quiet Waters Wellness Center

I've been visiting Dr. Tasha at Quiet Waters for close to a year now, and I couldn't be more pleased with the care and results I've experienced from acupuncture. Initially, I was a bit skeptical about acupuncture, but since starting treatment with Dr. Tasha, I've truly learned a lot and found it incredibly effective. It's really helped calm my anxiety, support my weight loss journey, and even ease day-to-day stress both at work and at home. The atmosphere at Quiet Waters is always clean, relaxing, and accommodating. It's a very friendly environment, and the entire staff is warm and welcoming. I've also built a great relationship with Kaitlin, the massage therapist, who adds to the overall positive experience. I highly recommend them!

Dr. Tasha is incredible. She is so sweet, knowledgeable, and very caring towards her patients. The office was able to squeeze me in last minute the day before my scheduled appointment because my pain had gotten worse, and she went above and beyond to do everything she could to help me. I left her office feeling so much better and I am so thankful to have found her. Quiet Waters Wellness Center has a wonderful staff, The receptionist is wonderful and so is the massage therapist Kaitlin. The office is very clean, replacing, and comfortable. Highly recommend!

The combination of acupuncture with Tasha and massage therapy with Katie has given me the opportunity to finally start exercising again and living with far less pain and discomfort.
