QuickVisit Urgent Care

Definitely wasn't a quick visit.. Took my daughter in for a scheduled 5pm appointment. Did not get taken back by a nurse until 5:20pm. From then we had to wait until 6:30pm before we were seen by the doctor. Luckily my daughter wasn't super sick because I can imagine how miserable that wait would be when feeling crappy. I understand that things happen and sometimes appointments run over but this was awful. What's the point in scheduling an appointment if you're going to have people waiting 1.5+ hours.. Might as well go back to how it was before at places like this where it was fcfs only for appointments and the wait was expected. The check in process was also a pain and the girl at the front desk was very hard to hear and didn't make you feel welcomed. The only good things about our visit

Took my son here to get tested quick for strep, was told it was a 2 hour wait right from the start. Ok, cool.. I know everyone is sick right now. So I made and appointment for 3 hours later, ya know, giving plenty of time.. Come back for said appointment, waited 1.5 hours after the set time.. when we finally got called back I asked how long we would be waiting back there and was told it would be another hour!! Absolutely nothing urgent getting done here!! Dont waste your time. You guys need to go back to walk-ins only as making an appointment somehow had a longer wait time!? Make it make sense.

Made my appointment same day. They had lots of openings to choose from or i could have been a walk-in. Got into a room right away and didn't wait long for the provider even though they were busy. Everyone was very friendly and made me feel well taken care of. In and out in less than 45 minutes.

The professional team here took care of me after a particularly nasty cut on my hand. Even though it was a Saturday afternoon, I was treated very quickly. A year before this, I brought my daughter here for a routine issue and it was the similar excellent experience. Hopefully will not be back a third time, but if it happens at least I have a good place to go!

They were very accommodating and saw me rather quickly. They were able to treat me and send me on my way rather quickly but diagnosed me and gave me results with no problems. Answered all my questions!
