I can’t say enough about the outstanding care at Cortland Urgent Care. Over the past year, I’ve brought myself and all three of my daughters here several times, and every visit has been exceptional. The entire staff is professional, kind, and genuinely compassionate. They always take time to listen, act quickly, and create an effective plan for better health that same day. As a single father, I truly appreciate how supportive and understanding they are. This team goes above and beyond every time — I consider them a safe haven for my family. I took my elderly mother to QuickMed Cortland, OH for evaluation and testing on Monday, January 19, 2026. I was so impressed with the excellent care that she received from Gia, Becky, and Kendra. They were so very professional, patient and kind. I had to rush back close to their closing time to submit a specimen, they tested it and submitted an electronic prescription all within less than five minutes before closing. The fact that they went above and beyond allowed my mother to start treatment for her condition that same evening and they never rushed us or was impatient with us. Thank you again Kendra, Becky & Gia.

I’ve been here a couple of times. My biggest complaint is that you can here some of the nurses talking about people negatively in the back on two separate occasions, yes I laughed at some of the things but other times it does make you think what are they saying about me after I leave. The nurse practitioner had today was great another time I’ve gone the said I’m giving you antibiotics didn’t check my kid or husband and I said so is there an infection and she said “I wouldn’t be giving you a antibiotic if their wasn’t”, this is why my husband is no longer responsive to antibiotics if they just get thrown around without actually looking at him. To me as a practitioner you should be aware of that current crisis. Otherwise in my face they have been nice even gave my kids coloring paper so 3/5.

Great experience, definitely recommend coming here for any urgent care or primary care doctor visits!!! Dr. Hamdan was amazing, he creates a really healthy doctor-patient connection and makes sure all your issues are addressed. Front desk receptionist was very helpful and efficient too! Overall the staff and doctors here are amazing, would rate more than 5 if I could. Hopefully you don't have to go to the doctor but if you do, definitely come here!

Scheduled an appointment for 9 am. Received a call moving my appointment to 10:30. When I arrived - the doors were locked. I waited 25 min, made 2 trips to the door, called both the office and the number that called me —- No answer, no return call. This is actually the second time something like this has happened at Cortland Quick Med.
