Quick RX Drugs, Inc.

Went in to ask a basic question about transferring prescriptions. Unfortunately, I was made to feel like I was inconveniencing the staff just by asking. I was polite and amicable throughout the interaction, but the overall tone was dismissive and unwelcoming. I left without getting my questions answered. This may not be an issue for established customers, but it was not a good first impression.

Quickrx drugs in Savannah, also known as the pharmacy shop is locally owned and absolutely wonderful staff pharmacists very helpful. Most bigger chain pharmacies I don't care for because they make you feel some type of way, but the pharmacists and staff here don't judge and they're extremely helpful

We are moving to the area and our dog had a little emergency that required an immediate refill of her medicine that has to be compounded. We called Quick RX in Rincon where we will be living and were told the Savannah location does compounding. I called and spoke to Karen who was so friendly and went above and beyond to help us. She called our pharmacist near our old home and got all the information and they were able to quickly fill the prescription for our dog. Everyone we spoke to at both locations was fantastic, friendly, and super helpful! We couldn't be happier with their service and look forward to using them going forward. I have been filling my prescriptions here for 30 years and would never consider going anywhere else. This is a fast, super friendly, no hassle pharmacy that always has whatever you need. If you’re using a larger big name pharmacy give this one a try. You won’t be disappointed!!!

I can’t say enough about this pharmacy. I love their store inside, the pharmacist, the friendly staff, and the promptness and respectfulness you receive as soon as you walk in the door. No other pharmacies are close in comparison and I greatly appreciate each visit!! Thank you!
