Quick Care Medical Services

When you walk in expecting help and instead a trained professional asks, "So what do you want to do?" Regarding your medical care like you're the one who went to medical school. Absolutely not. Don't go here if you're black or brown. Medical racism at its finest. I was struggling to breathe and in so much pain and nothing was done. No referral to the hospital, not even a suggestion on how to get help. She looked at me asked, "What do you want to do?" My answer should've been "for you to do your job." They obviously weren't taking it seriously anyway.

Normally I go to complete care but unfortunately they are closed on the weekends and quick care is always pretty good and not as expensive as the er This time was completely different. I normally see the other two providers but today I was seen by Marina, and the experience was definitely different. As a sufferer of three chronic diseases, I am trying to go through the next best resource that is one of the the only options I have and because of today’s visit with Marina, I will not only NOT recommend quick care, I will just go to the er from now on. It’s unfortunate that I was judged before Marina even took the time to take a look at my health history to have a better understanding of my current condition. I was asked on what i would to do instead of being diagnosed. Not sure why I would go in if I knew what was going on, the provider said you can't write your own perscription is why. With what they did I could have went to the gas station to get checked out

We came in on Sunday to both be checked with different symtoms, the receptionist was very Profesional, we only waited maybe 10 minutes, we were both seen at the same time which was awesome. We seen someone who comes there from Windsor Co. A few days a week. Very good experience. My husband had covid, myself a bladder infection. They were both treated. They sent in a culture for me to make sure I had the right antibiotics. They went over and beyond for us. And yes we wore a mask. I'm surprised to see all the bad reviews. I'd say give them another chance. Thanks for taking care of us. They are now on UC healths portal so they can pull up history.

I had a very positive interaction with several staff today with my young child. This was the first time we have used this clinic as we usually went to a competitor. We arrived at 4:50pm on a Monday, filled out paperwork, and my child was seen after a 10 minute wait. Both nurses we interacted with were friendly and spoke to him directly and nicely. He was very nervous for his appointment but they must have sensed that. The APRN we had was Kim. She was wonderful. Talked to my son directly, took the time to examine what was wrong, and then came back immediately to check him again after the nurses’ completed their task. She answered my questions and was kind.
