Always a good experience. They staff are friendly. They do there best so you don't wait a long time. This was my third time and I will definitely go back if the need arises. It is better health care then having to wait days for your primary care physician. I highly recommend this facility!

I went to the clinic not feeling good. Everyone was so Pleasant that made it so much easier. The woman who took my vitals was really nice and was able to joke and laugh with her. Heather was really good, she was through and explain everything without medical logo.i am glad I went when I did before it could have gotten worse. The medicine she prescribed for me are already making me better, but finish them out,to get it all out of my system.

Staff is super friendly and helpful. I went in with random symptoms I had no idea what was wrong and Heather was quick to figure out what was going on while being so nice. Susan was welcoming, fun to talk to while she took my blood pressure etc and definitely lightened the mood of the day. I wish I knew the name of the lady at the front desk but she was also very polite! I’ve never had a bad experience here❤️

My sister was visiting for a week and I noticed her finger looked red and swollen. Considering she had already lost part of her toe before, we needed to see someone before she loses a finger. She is handicapped and has multiple health issues including neuropathy. I searched for the closest urgent care since I’m relatively new to the area. We went to Quick Care Med. We waited a bit as there were others before us. The ladies in this facility were very nice, Susan and Angela. Susan took us back to the room and we answered the obligatory questions. She was very pleasant and friendly. Heather was the medical professional that came in after a few minutes. We were pleasantly surprised by how comfortable she made us feel. Quick Care Medical, Beverly Hills location is a great resource for urgent care treatment. Heather NP was thorough, listened to what we had to say and provided excellent care and instruction. We arrived, they provided an appt, we filled out the online paperwork prior to appt time. We arrived at appt time and was seen in a reasonable wait time. Did not feel rushed and Heather answered all our questions. Total time under 45 minutes. All staff was professional and caring. Will definitely go again for immediate care if needed.
