I had a great experience with Debbie today after using the easy self-check-in process. Since I went at 8:30 AM, I was seen quickly and was in and out in just 15 minutes. I usually get pretty nervous about blood draws, but Debbie was so fun and personable that she kept me distracted and really lightened the mood. She did a fantastic job finding the vein right away and made the whole process feel easy and painless. I really appreciated her skill and upbeat attitude—she made the start of my day so much better!

The facility is clean and instructions are posted clearly to identify where you need to go. The lab technician very thorough and professional. The downfall was the wait time was an hour-45 minute wait. It was one technician and the wait may have been longer if people weren’t impatient and left but digress. Good experience otherwise.

I brought my 1-year-old in for a blood draw and was really nervous beforehand. I was worried they might have trouble finding a vein or that my son would cry and struggle a lot. But the staff was amazing — so professional and experienced! There was just one person handling the draw, and he did an incredible job. He calmly showed my husband exactly how to hold our son and where to support his arm. With just one quick poke, he found the vein right away — even on such a tiny child! I didn’t even need to assist — I just handed my son a pouch of his favorite fruit puree to distract him. The whole process was smooth, quick, and stress-free. Truly grateful for his skill and care!

Am a very hard stick limited to only arm due to dialysis. First Technician could not get it. So he asked Ms Debbie she got it but more than two sticks most tech just give up but she was very determined to get the blood draw.

Very badly managed. Minimal staff. No communication - after waiting for an hour I don't know how much longer wait I still have. Would not recommend.
