I was sent here for my daughter by provider unbeknownst the facility does not collect specimens, I was greeted by a head shake and as I still approached and greeted the front desk with a “good morning” she still continues to shake her head. With irritation in her voice she proceeds to tell me they don’t do blood work and slaps a list of facilities on the desk. As I’m having general casual conversation to inform her that neither I or her doctor was unaware and that she sent me as a first time try she cut me off stating “I don’t know what to tell you but they keeping sending you all here and I don’t know why” she could’ve simply relayed the information with grace. Would be nice if the information would reflect that it could save a lot of people time and their receptionist some irritation.

You make an Appointment and still have an hour plus wait + seemed very unsanitary as rest room didn’t even have soap for hand washing!

I just wanted to let you know that Miss Vanita is the best, I just had a phone call with her regarding my billing and she was able to explain my situation in detail. English is not my first language so she took extra time to make sure that i understood the content. People like her are rare in service. Thank you Vanita!

The doctor sent me here for blood work, but they do not do blood work at this location. The security guard said at least 15 people a day are sent there by their doctors. Please note on your description, that you do not do blood work at this location, to save everyone a lot of confusion and time and gas.

They really care about getting accurate results as fast as possible. Excellent staff and management. Previously worked there amd would definitely return. Good pay and bemefits.
