Never thought I could have an amazing experience at a lab for bloodwork… I was wrong! This place is amazing. What makes it so great? Staff like Tasha, who set me at ease (I have anxiety about needles) and I barely even felt the needle. It was clear she takes pride in her profession. We need more people like her in healthcare Plus, I was running late by 15 min and the call center said I needed to reschedule, but I rolled the dice and went anyhow. Not only did they see me: ZERO wait! Don’t go anywhere else for lab work!

This is my second time at this Quest location and I must say that the service is excellent. The place is on a first floor, easy to find. And the staff is amazing, particularly Tasha, whom I saw twice and she is a sweet, compassionate and professional individual. I would drive the extra mile to come to this location.

BEWARE! The staff in 2 different quest locations (Loganville and Cumming) are charging one price ($18) for a simple urine sample for a pregnancy test, but apparently the manager in this location is charging a DRAW FEE of $10 for the submission of a urine sample. The resulting fee being $28 for a simple urine pregnancy test in this location! Not to mention that I have been at this location twice before, the latest being February 10 and they charged me $18 then. The manager at this location claims now that i f I came with a urine sample, it would be considered a drop-off but because thev're handing me a cup, that is considered a processing fee to the tune of $10! Ok so I just went for a health screening per my employer and Jennifer assisted me. In my life I've only had 2 other people do this right the first time. If Jennifer is reading she is puzzles cause she took my blood flawlessly....thank you. I usually have to walk around in pain and bruises because my viens NEVER cooperate... stay blessed Jennifer!!

I’ve been to many Quests, and this location had the best service as well as timeliness! I made an appointment and I was able to be seen within 5minutes. Sasha was amazing and so kind. Highly recommend this location.
