Had a prescheduled appointmoint for 1:10. Had an appointment scheduled for after. I was a little frustrated that I was kept waiting for about 20 minutes. Then when I went back a girl was in training, I did agree I was okay with her drawing my blood. New people need to learn and how are they going to without being given the opportunity. She struggled finding a good spot so her co-worker had to step in. I guess I was just a little frustrated because everything took so long because eveything was being explained from the moment I entered the room, it was just a slow process but I guess there is really no way around that people do need trained. Note to self don't schedule another appointment right after. The process was just longer than I had antcipated. The plus side though, both the employees

Went here for my first blood work, and the people are so genuinely kind and caring. I, unexpectedly got immensely dizzy, but the staff immediately went into action and took care of my situation. They were so accommodating! Highly recommend this ACL.

They lost half of my tubes of blood then planned to charge me for the joy of coming in and having it drawn again. No thanks I'll wait another 6 months and get all my blood work again and have it done else where. They were nice but really understaffed as she spent the whole time I was there telling me how she is bouncing between offices because they didn't have enough people. And this was before the bad covid employee shortage caused by too much unemployment.

I go here for ALL the tests my Doctor recommends. I could go Anywhere, but I don't. I have gone here on Numerous occasions and I am Very pleased with all the Interactions I have had with All the Diagnostic technicians who work here. Very Attentive and Informative concerning your situation. I Recommend this particular location to Everyone who has need of Diagnostic information about their own situation. 5⭐ from me! Walk-in @ 1:00pm on Wednesday wait 10minutes.Staff professional, efficient and courteous. Highly recommend.
