Coming from a doctors office, there is no reason I have to call more than 5-6 times and be placed on hold for twenty minutes for an updated medication list . Jessica (head pharmacist) was totally unprofessional with the whole interaction leaving me on hold and hanging up the second I called back. Only called to confirm for drug-drug interactions and was treated with utter pettiness!

I don't know how they hire there workers. It's my second time I'm calling at the pharmacy to get information about something and the Spanish lady both time put me hold for approx. 10 min, didn't even call me back. No good🫩

I keep trying to call to check on a prescription but nobody picks up. Not sure if there's something wrong with their phones or of there's something else going on.

I wish they could close at 8 pm. So, it’d be easier for working people who comes late.
