Queens Community Express Pharmacy

Pharmacist was nice but this pharmacy does not accept credit or debit card for purchases under $10. This means HSA debit cards or similar are disallowed which is quite inconvenient if you're trying to make use of one. Pretty much all my qualifying HSA purchases are under $10 so this is not the appropriate pharmacy for me and others in a similar situation.

I've been using this pharmacy for close to 7 years now, so this review is long overdue. Fortunately, I have nothing but good words to share about this pharmacy and it's staff. They are professional, courteous and really do go out of their way to help you. I'm sure they fill hundreds of prescriptions every week, yet they know their customers so well to remember our needs. I first started filling prescriptions here when I lived a block away from them, and though they deliver, I don't mind taking the bus/train to get there now, as I live much further away. I have been using this pharmacy last couple of years. They are open long hours and 7 days. They are very helpful. Especially, Basrath is always prompt, kindly and helpful. I would recommend this local pharmacy to everyone. Also they will do delivery for you.

Horrible customer service. Went to pick up medicine from the pharmacy. The person who was preparing the meds, was very upset from the get go. Took 20-30 minutes to prepare meds. When giving details of meds and price, was very argumentative Was throwing meds on the counter When asked about her behavior, she become ruthless, stating she is the manager. She doesn’t care whom you are When asked about the owner of the pharmacy, she refused to give any information. Refused to give owner’ contact number, told me to google it. After this, she was laughing on someone over the phone, ignoring her actions. This pharmacy should fire her or the pharmacy should run out of business Can’t think how they do business in hillside area. Please share your thoughts
