I am so happy to find a fantastic dental office in Syracuse NY. I recently moved from the NYC area and had some of the best dental care available. It was very difficult to find a good dentist here in Syracuse, but lady luck shined down on me and I found one of the best dentists and staff that compares to only best top notch dental practices around The Quality Family Dentistry is awesome. The front desk is kind and professional and takes extra steps to ensure a smooth booking experience. The dental staff are so sweet and comforting. Dr. Ochoabuto is very precise and diligent in his work. He double checks X-rays, takes his time and is gentle with a kind bedside manner. I highly recommend this practice. The only side glitch may be, they are extremely busy and not always accepting new patient

I've been going to them for a year now and every experience with them has been great. The staff is truly amazing and good at what they do. I'm glad I found them when I did. My insurance company recommended them. I love that they are small and no wait times.

I am very pleased with the service my daughter received at this practice. The staff here are very kind, caring and professional. They were very thoughtful with explaining the process to me and put my mind at ease, with my daughter getting and Extraction and cleansing. My daughter was handled with the utmost care. Their office also is very clean and smells amazing . Overall it was a great experience and Dr. Gideon is a great dentist. My daughter loves it there and so Do I.

My daughter recently had an insurance change and her insurance company picked the new dental office for her. I called to get my daughter in for a visit and nobody answered the phone or called me back for two weeks! When I finally got a call back I was speaking with a receptionist through another receptionist telling me in the background that they are not accepting new patients and it doesn't matter what the insurance company said. She was very rude. I was trying to explain that My insurance company told me that they are suppose to accept my daughter but she was very dismissive and didn't want to hear anything I was saying. I did not choose that dental office it was chosen for my daughter. I am not happy with the customer service that was received from that office. I hope and pray they don'

Sarah, Barbara, Mary and the whole crew are wonderful and perform dental arts masterfully. Dr. O is always striving to save you money when he can and, not to mention, your natural teeth, which is very important to me. Dr. O has a wealth of knowledge on every facet of dentistry.
