Quality Care Pharmacy

Great pharmacy. People are very nice there. My DR ordered a new medication and sent it to my regular chain pharmacy. I went to go pick it up 2 hrs later and I was told they would not have it till later the next day. I called Quality Care Pharmacy here in town. They said I could pick my med up in an hour. Not only that, they took care of getting the doctor's prescription and canceled my order from the other chain pharmacy. They did it all and I did not have to do a thing. Now that is what I call hometown customer service. I was a number in the chain pharmacy but I was a person and cared about at Quality Care Pharmacy.

Friendly service and they always find the best medications at the best price which helps my fixed income budget.

Update what is happening at Quality Care? The pharmacists was really rude to me last month. They also use to lookup my meds. To find the covered generic. The last year they no longer do that. I have also been checking prices and right down the road at prescription shop my meds. Are less were as years ago that was not the case. have been using for years. Have they gotten to big or what? They also faxed for a refill to the wrong Dr.. and I waited 3 days before I found out what was wrong. Also when a prescription is denied they tell you nothing I mean you would think they would let you know if it is covered by insurance or not so you could make the choice of getting it filled or not.. I was really disappointed on my Dec. Visit there. I'm going to try them for one more month. Me my son

Very welcome and amazing staff.. friendly .Pharmacy is well stocked . It is so convenient to be able to pick up my prescription here .. a good experience. And will definitely come back again.. Thank you !!
