⭐ 5/5 – Honest Review of My CNA Testing Experience at Qual Ed Suisun I took my Written Test on 11/21 and my Skills Test on 11/22 at Qual Ed, and I received my results on the 23rd. Thankfully, I passed both! I was honestly worried at first because of some of the reviews I had read here and on Yelp, but after experiencing it myself, here’s my honest and detailed review of the staff I interacted with during my two testing days. 📝 Written Test (Day 1 – 8:00 AM) I arrived at 7:00 AM just in case it got crowded. The first staff member to arrive was Nella — super sweet and very nice. She had just gotten out of her car but still gave instructions right away and told us she’d let us in once she settled down (amazing communication early in the morning). Took and passed my skills exam here. GET THERE FIRST!!!! my exam started at 8:30 and I was out at 8:41. They mean business so shut your phone off and have your ID's ready. They want you to pass and will help you out and allow you to correct yourself during your exam. With that being said just stay calm and be the first in line! I got there at 7:45 and waited outside and they let us in 8 to begin checking in.

A lot of the bad reviews posted here really made me nervous and overthink for no reason! 🤦🏻‍♀️ Personally, my experience at this location was great. I was expecting rude staff members just as how some of the people stated on their reviews, but they were really nice and welcoming, especially Chanel! I think a lot of people took her as a rude person because she was firm and strict with rules. IMO it was reasonable for her to act that way to ensure that everyone’s not violating their policies especially with testing and talking. She even offered candy to people waiting in the lobby. Fortunately, there wasn’t a lot of people. I took my skills exam here and I only had to wait for an hour (they make you wait in a room with a number ticket). They also do not let you carry any personal belonging

Took my skills test here this past week and read all the reviews prior so I was a tad nervous. My experience was good and I did feel it was well organized. Chanel was very sweet but she is stern with no talking because others are testing and really that’s how it should be. The staff is welcoming and helpful. My school had no dates for testing and I got tired of waiting, so I took a chance here and I’m glad I did. Get there early so you can be one of the first to do your testing, or you could be there a long time as each person gets 30 minutes.

okay so I came here to test for my CNA, and my exam was supposed to be at 8 am. Doors opened much later and they had me wait for almost 4 hours before i could test. I understand slip ups happen, but then after my test started the proctor was incredibly rude and belittling. She went wayyyyy off the state mandated skill procedures and made my test absolutely impossible. Then had the audacity to ask for a 5 star review on google, rlly funny tbh.
