Most of the Drs are wonderful and truly take their time with you, but the nurses that call back with your information are extremely rude. It’s like they couldn’t be bothered. And if you call back with a question they treat you like an inconvenience. We have been going to this practice for over 20 years and it’s certainly gone down hill. They used to be so compassionate and caring- now we would rather go to immediate care than deal with the attitude of the nurses or whatever it is that does call backs. And it’s not always the same person so it’s an overall attitude of the practice not just one bad seed. In the process now of trying to find a new practice. Would not recommend

Out of all the reviews I've done on Google, this is the most important one for me to give. I have been going to Quaker Medical for 25+ years since I was a teenager. The past 10+ years I have had the pleasure of having Dr. Poppenberg as my Primary Care Physician. She is, without question, the best Physician or health care provider I have ever encountered. She responds to inquiries in the portal immediately, is available to be seen the same day if needed, and most importantly is one of the most caring and empathetic people I have ever come across. I cannot say enough good things about Quaker Medical and Dr. Poppenberg. I highly recommend them to be your Primary Care Physician for you or your family.

this place only cares about your money. as a child's dr it was great. as my dr as an adult, they are terrible. my grown son was put on bp meds and gained 100 lbs and they don't think there's anything wrong with the meds. i was 3 months late with scheduling my annual physical and they dumped me as a patient! and that's after they called me multiple times, spoke to me on the phone, sent me letters to my current and old address, and sent me a certified letter explaining why they cannot be my dr. they only care about the money they're missing out on.

They have been my primary physicians office for 38 years. ( since day 1 when Dr Mezzadri started the practice. ) I have never had a bad experience with any of the providers MD’s ,NP’s,PA’s RN’s nor with registration staff. They have been my children’s doctors and now as adults their children. Sick calls are addressed immediately, RN’s at triage work are extremely competent and collaborate well with the physicians and get back in very reasonable time. On call Dr.’s always very responsive. A very professional group I’m proud to have as my health care team

I have been a patient for about 6 years, with nothing but positive experiences. I wanted to put a review in, because of the exceptional service I received at my last visit. Dr. Murray is extremely personable, he takes the time to listen, and uses his knowledge to coordinate an effective treatment plan with my comfort levels in mind. I saw him only once before, 6 months ago, and it felt as if our conversation picked up right where it left off. I would highly recommend his services to anyone looking for a PCP. Also, special appreciation for Caitlin, the nurse. I brought up my plugged ears during the appointment (scheduled at the end of the day), and neither Dr. Murray nor Caitlin hesitated to take the time to address the issue immediately. It took at least a half hour, but Caitlin’s persis
