Quail Run Health and Rehab

This facility is in serious need of oversight and improvement. The overall environment feels disorganized, hostile, and lacking in teamwork, which directly impacts the quality of care residents receive. There are ongoing concerns regarding supervision, safety, and professionalism. Residents deserve consistent attention, dignity, and respect, yet the standard of care here does not reflect that. Families should remain actively involved and ask detailed questions to ensure their loved ones are being properly cared for, because the current conditions raise significant concerns.

My sister was at Quail Run Health and Rehab for about 3 months. My sister was basically non verbal but they figured out a way to communicate with her and know what she wanted. They were always loving on her and making her feel special, especially the night nurses. They were accommodating and did what they could to make her stay pleasant and comfortable. They were also very good to my family. I have a big family and there was always someone there with my sister and they treated just as well as they did her. Quail Run will always have a special place in my heart.

My mother came to Quail Run for rehab after she fell and broke her hip. She then ended up moving to the unit and staying. They were so nice and worked hard to meet all her needs. She grew to love all of them. The beautiful rooms and outside area made the place seem more like home. She spent hours in the garden or just looking out the window at the garden or sunset. The custodians, CNAs, nurses, cafeteria workers and even the rehab staff went above and beyond to help her. Daily activities kept her busy. I never had to worry about her. Communication with the family is a plus as well. Highly recommend Quail Run!

There are ongoing concerns about residents not being changed in a timely manner and being spoken to without the respect and compassion they deserve. Vulnerable individuals should never feel neglected or dismissed. Families should remain highly involved and carefully monitor their loved ones’ care, as the conditions here raise significant concerns.

It is also deeply concerning to witness residents being spoken to in disrespectful tones. There appear to be gaps in supervision, responsiveness, and overall accountability that raise major red flags about the quality of care being provided. Vulnerable residents deserve dignity, prompt attention, and compassionate treatment at all times. Greater oversight and immediate improvements are clearly needed to ensure residents are treated properly and safely.
