We adopted our cat 2 1/2 years ago, they actually still have his picture on their website. He’s the Siamese with the snaggle tooth. The staff while rude, was strangely eager for us to adopt him. They didn’t do a background check nor did they check with our apartment complex to see if we were allowed to have pets. A few days later, we learned why. He has severe stomach issues and throws up constantly. At first we thought it could be the stress of a new home or the change in his food. It wasn’t. Be careful. This is obviously not a new issue and they had to have known about it before allowing us to adopt him. We were told he had been returned three times before, but that was because he didn’t get along with other cats and wasn’t very affectionate. Which is untrue. We have now spent thousands

We went and got us a new family member. Georgie the kitty is fitting in perfectly and loving life. The staff was friendly and helpful. They are doing a good thing here and I encourage everyone to adopt a pet! Adoption fees are very reasonable.

Wonderful place to find you newest family members, volunteer, bring loved ones for health care (non human that is) and to learn. A lovely place to visit. They host many fun events and fundraisers throughout the year. I'd recommend checking out their website. And best part, they are a no kill shelter! Bless their hearts.

Got my cat spayed here just last week and they cut her nails so short that they are bleeding and irritated. Staff was awful, almost like they didn’t even know what was going on when I was asking them questions before leaving. Like isn’t this your profession?? Also never asked for her nails to be cut considering how young my cat is, but wouldn’t you think the VET would do a better job watching how far the animals nails need cut? I could’ve done better at home. Genuinely embarrassing.

My boyfriend and I went and got us a kitty yesterday. We had went in on Monday and checked out all the different cats available and came back to pick this guy up on Wednesday. They gave us his medical record from the time he was there, as well as free food and treats and toys for him. This shelter is well organized, and very spacious. They have an appropriate amount of cats in each room. Our little (big) guy is adjusting well to our home. He's a little confused and scared but he's been drinking and eating and knows where his litter box is. I think he's gonna love his new home after he adjusts to not being in a shelter anymore. (Edit: 4 months later) Lucius our wonderful kitty is now fully adjusted to our home. He's such a big baby and I couldn't have asked for a more perfect kitty for my
