I am beyond happy with Quaboag Valley Dental Family in Ware, Massachusetts. Dr. Ting is truly exceptional — he makes me feel completely comfortable in the chair and always takes the time to make sure I’m okay. His wife, Dr. Wong, is just as amazing. She is incredibly sweet, gentle, and genuinely cares about her patients. Together, they make the perfect team. Serena, Dr. Ting’s assistant, is one of the kindest people you’ll ever meet. She always puts me at ease and makes every appointment feel smooth and stress-free. And Lauren at the front desk is absolutely wonderful — she’s so patient and friendly, keeps me updated on payments, and always gets answers to any questions I have. Incredible service! Very friendly staff and very knowledgeable, Jacob was very professional and explained everything very well regarding my husbands tooth extraction plus gave me very useful personal recommendations for pain. Doctor was very professional and incredibly fast too. If you’re looking for a good dentist that’s makes you feel comfortable and have great prices this is one of the best options in my opinion!

Dr. Hoang and her staff at Quaboag Valley Dental are truly family. The most professional, kind and caring dental practice I've ever had the pleasure of being a client at. Marissa did my cleaning this time and she was incredibly thorough. Dr. Hoang takes great care to make sure my teeth are healthy. Today I spoke with Serena at reception and she is a sweetheart. Dr. Ting does an amazing job. He has a very easy going manner, which puts you at ease, and his work is fantastic. I have been to several different dentists over the years, and by far he is my favorite.

Bob, my husband broke a tooth Tuesday night at dinner. On Wednesday he was seen in Dr. Ting's office, and all he can say is, it was a very positive experience. Dr. Ting was able to repair the tooth without novacaine, without a crown or costly root canal. Dr. Ting rebuilt the tooth, and it looks pristine, he is amazing. Dr. Ting is our family dentist, and we couldn't be happier with the exceptional, and professional service his office provides. Thank you.
