I'd give ZERO stars if I could. The amount of times this place and that monopolizing hospital has put my family's health on the backburner. When we go in to be seen asap we're told you're fine, treat the symptoms if you have any, or let's test for A,B,C, etc BUT if it comes back positive we won't and can't treat it BUT at least you'll know what it is. Gee that makes me feel so much better. Yet when you come in weeks later why didn't you come in sooner let's load you up on meds!! What a freakin joke. I absolutely won't go unless I'm truly needing medication or a diagnosis. Yes some of the employees are great but they do a horrible job advocating for patients because they MUST follow hospital protocol first and foremost. Imagine if they all stood up what would happen yet they sure do love to

Went 4 tick bite she gave me a prescription for an antibiotic. She was very nice very thorough, during the examination she found irregular heartbeat. Laura called my doctor and made a plan for me. I was surprised of the care I received, I figured a quick look and off I go. She made sure I was feeling alright before she let me leave. Very good experience. Thank You Dr. Laura Edwards

This place is always hit and miss. I was sent here when injured at work and they treated me as though I was just trying to get an excuse for worker's comp or something rather than just doing the x-ray to make sure I was okay and ready to get back to work! Another time they completely misdiagnosed a serious wound and I ended up in the ER a day later with half my leg red from infection. It's a place you go for basic colds that aren't improving .. and just colds tbh nothing actually wrong. As long as you keep that in mind you won't be disappointed.

When I walked in today, I was told an 1 to 1 1/2 hour wait. One doctor there for the day, which I was told was the norm. I would never recommend this place for anyone. Thank God, no one was bleeding! I got in a room after 3 1/2 hours, but was still waiting. I got up and left. I hope I owe Nothing! If so, I will appeal. One doctor a day?? That poor doctor, bless her! Such a poor way to run a health care facility. Do not go there, unless you have hours of free time, I for one had a diabetic husband, waiting in the car with no lunch and barely anything to drink.

I don’t have a Family Doctor and became very sick from what looked like a contusion that came out of know where on my leg. I went to Q-Care and the PA. “Jen M. “ took the time and concern to fully looked at the situation, had proper tests done and informed me of the tests within half of a day. Surprisingly, It ended up being Lyme Disease. She called me the prescriptions and on the mend. I couldn’t have asked for better care from QCare and the other staff there! Thank you!
