My experience with QCare starts with Missy who is amazing. Beth is always the friendliest Nurse and Jodi's compassion speaks volumes. Highly recommend.

Jody is by far one of the best family Dr's I have ever experienced. She listens. She helps. I have never met a Dr that fully listens to you and explains what is happening. She truly is amazing along with her whole team ❤️

The receptionist is ABSOLUTLEY nasty to people I have been there 3 times and her ignorance and attitude has been highly noticeable every time the first time I heard her basically making fun of a patient that kept calling not understanding about her meds the second time I had my son in there for a bicycle wreck she basically threw the clip board at me and slammed the glass and today I had a bawling child with me and she said I have no provider here today take him to saint marys and slammed the glass in my face no time to ask questions anytime ive attempted to ask her questions on any of those occasions I couldn’t because she wouldn’t slam the glass in my face The prover Jody is very friendly and very good at her job but the receptionist should be fired or find a new line of work

I usually deal with Michelle who is always kind and helpful. Today I spoke on the phone with a Tracy I’ve never delt with. I called to ask a simple question and she was super rude and short with me. She took my number to call me back but I really hope she doesn’t. Huge disappointment

Always make an appointment before you go. It is not a walk in clinic. Call ahead of time to see if they can see you or not. The doctors and nurses are nice. I cant say every staff member is thpugh.
