Called them if they can order inhaler for me. They said I have to see them cause it’s been a long time. I told them last time I had an appointment I waited 45 minutes and then left without seeing the doctor. I asked the representative what’s the point to have appointments. It was 2 months ago. She said, “if I called them this morning for fight” she hung up on me saying go to emergency. I don’t know what to tell y’all but if y’all go there prepare yourself for hours of delay. Doctors are good but the management is trash.

This establishment is TERRIBLE!!! Please do not take your love ones here. The only thing they know how to do is speak Bengali. I’m not sure as to why they charge $50-$100 for paperwork when you are not a private establishment. The two girls in the front are horrible. The one with the blonde hair attitude is disgusting and thinks she knows everything. They make you come back many times so you can sign in and they can take money out your insurance and claim that you “saw the doctor” bogus people and doctors. Honestly these “doctors” do not know anything. They just send you home with a medicine and do not even look for a treatment plan. Also this place very unsafe. They have needles and patients blood work in a freezer where they check patients. Health inspection needed and definitely will be

She’s currently at WNY medical. Had a telehealth with her because my primary was booked out for two weeks. Had a simple asthma issue that I needed to get a long term inhaler for. First she tells me that she “doesn’t understand why people think asthma goes away when they get older” and that “we’re in the middle of allergy and asthma season in Buffalo because everything is blooming” meanwhile it’s December? Can she not recall what month it is? I was so confused. She then felt the need to go into my sexual history (?) because I was recently tested for STDs, which all came back negative. She then proceeded to tell me I don’t care about my health since I got tested (huh?) and that I’m ashamed of my sexual history because I didn’t wanna talk about it with her. Had a telegealth appointment through WNY medical. This person is insulting and will not help you. It was so bad I reported it to my insurance carrier.

Dr Golam warris is one of the best Doctor I have ever seen . His understanding of the patient and manner is unquestionable. Highly recommend.
