Q & A Dental Care

Today I visited Q & A Dental for the first time. I have always been a nervous wreck about going to the dentist because I have gum recession and tooth sensitivity. This experience was top notch. Natalie my hygienist was amazing. She was very sensitive to my anxiety and tooth sensitivity. She was very thorough and gave my teeth a deep cleaning while being cautious and careful with the areas of my teeth that are sensitive. Dr Montgomery was very kind and knowledgeable. The receptionist was very nice as well. This is the first time in so many years that I can say going to the dentist was a great experience. They even gave me a cute bag of dental goodies when I left. Hey, even grown ups like goodie bags hehe :) Thank you ! I’ll be back :)

We have CANCELED ALL future appointments for yourself and Genesis! We will no longer see you as patients! Q & A Dental Care.” “We have assessed late fees to your account and will forward to Stow Courts for collections!“ This is one of the rudest messages I have ever received from a professional establishment. I had no recollection that my insurance company did not pay a portion of the services I received until the representative called. I have no control of a cell phone dropping a call in mid conversation. They can keep their services, myself and dependent will use another dental service who can be more profe

Let me start off with saying what a great cleaning. I’ve been going to the dentist my whole life twice sometimes three times a year. I’ve been going to a different local place for the last couple years after my teamsters Dentist no longer would cover me great experience today very knowledgeable about teeth their job very gentle very kind. Staff was great receptionist is very nice and kind. Very helpful. They checked and my insurance was covered so I didn’t have to go through that hassle of calling and verifying very helpful staff and let me say that Doctor Montgomery very kind very well spoken. I had to have two cavities filled very gentle with the Novacaine needle. Great job Fantastic can’t wait to come back in April for my routine check up if anybody is looking for a great dentist in the

Friendly knowledgeable staff. Clean, relaxing atmosphere. And the best part was that they could see me the same day! I was in a lot of pain and I appreciate that they could help me especially when other offices where scheduling 5 weeks out for the same procedure. Dr. Montgomery is very personable and seems to take pride in his work.

I had a dental issue pop up and they fit me in right away. Check-in was quick, the team was friendly and calming, and the dentist walked me through X-rays and treatment options without any pressure. The procedure was painless, they checked on my comfort the whole time, and I left with clear after-care instructions. From scheduling to follow-up, it was A+. Highly recommend!
