Although several of the newer dental hygienists were very rough, I still decided to support his business. I needed some dental work, and I was asked to go to the front desk so they could tell me what my personal co-pay would be. The receptionist quoted me a rate that ended up being higher than what I was legally obligated to pay according to my dental insurance. When I received my explanation of benefits, I called the office to let them know that I had been overcharged.
