Very satisfied with this visit. Very professional and informative. Office was very clean, odour less and had adequate lighting. Staff was very pleasant and courteous. Doc provided info on all procedures before and after. Answered all question and provided reassurance when necessary. Made recommendation after reviewing X-Ray and oral evaluation. Provided insurance/personal responsibility. Highly recommended

Misleading expectations, shifting explanations, and an outcome that does not match what was clearly shown and discussed at the start. During our initial consultation, we were left with the clear impression that our son’s teeth would be straight within 18–24 months. The orthodontist even used a model on his desk to demonstrate the expected final result. At no point were we told those results might not be achievable or that extractions and additional years of treatment could be required. After 18 months, they declared treatment complete—yet his teeth are still visibly not straight. It wasn’t indicated anytime before this that we were walking into a final evaluation. Especially, with not so much work to do. Only now are we being told that to get the results originally discussed, teeth must

We had such a great experience with Brite! Their front desk staff are always friendly, courteous and efficient. Their staff is knowledgeable, and do a great job explaining what is needed, and why. My daughter’s braces are about to come off, and we’re very pleased. Thanks, Brite!

Great experience. I have my second daughter going to them and then soon my third daughter will be going to them. My husband went there as well. They've all been so great. The front end staff all the way to the orthodontist herself and everybody in between. Great location. Super easy to get to Great pricing honorable on everything when it comes to insurance as well. My daughters love it there. I love it there. My husband loves it there. It's overall great family experience to make things easy and smooth as possible.

Great place-service and time with questions is amazing. Very thorough all around. From the first day in until my halfway point in treatment. Couldn’t be more pleased!
