Putnam Family Dental: Pandora, Ohio

Highly recommend Putnam Family Dental! Dr. Pohl was very thorough with my dental exam and he took time to explain things. He seems to really care about his patients. The whole staff was very friendly.

Dr. Pohl and the staff at Putnam Family Dental are always very friendly and compassionate during my visits. Dr. Pohl takes time to answer any questions I have throughout the visit. I would highly recommend this dental office to anyone in search of a Dentist and staff who truly care about their patients.

Paid over $700 for a crown with insurance-they miss calculated or something my insurance didn’t pay equaled $50 because paid everything in full before I left. Put me in collections they said? ( no notice for this?) and cancelled my 6 month cleaning today after waiting all these months?! Only reason I called before appointment was I never got a text to verify! WOW! It would be different if I hadn’t paid in full every visit!!

Dr Pohl has been a great find. He really wants to take care of his patients and always wants to provide the best care. The office is friendly and helpful. I highly recommend Dr Pohl if you are looking for a great dentist!

Dr. Pohl is just what you want in a dentist: friendly and communicative, but also a total perfectionist about the work he does; he's quite driven to get it 'just right'. The team is also very friendly and helpful, and work hard to take care of as much of the admin work (insurance, etc.) as possible for you. It's also great that they now have the CEREC machine to make inlays and crowns in one visit. No more temporaries, no more follow-up visit a fortnight later. Wonderful! Not only are they rock-hard, but they're more precisely-made than the lab as Dr. Pohl has complete control over them (the perfectionist thing works here too); to have a tooth drilled, the permanent crown made and fixed, and then be home before the anaesthetic has worn off is amazing.
