Friendly.and super thorough at explaining what needs done. Not a fan of dentists and I was fully at ease here.

Putnam Family Dental always does such a great job. They are thorough and always very patient with me and my kids every time we are in the office. I would highly recommend them!

If you're looking for a dentist who cares about you and your dental health, DO NOT choose Putnam Family Dental. The office left me in pain for over three months, while lying about submitting prior authorizations for services (as reported by my insurance company). When confronted, I was told by Kelly the office no longer accepts my insurance, which is also a lie. I was ignored, messages went unanswered, and I was even called two hours before an appointment to falsely inform me that insurance had denied my claim and I needed to bring over $400 to the appointment in order to be seen. I had received fillings that fell out within two weeks, and when I called, my requests were ignored, for all of which I have proof. Putnam Family Dental doesn't care about its patients or their dental health, and

Dr. Pohl and staff have always provided excellent care during my visits. I always feel comfortable asking questions and Dr. Pohl takes time to provide me with detailed answers. Dr. Pohl and staff have always been caring and compassionate during my visits.

Love the office and friendly staff! Works great with our large family and getting schedules to work!
