Feels great to be supporting a small pharmacy over the big chains, and the service is infinitely better on all fronts because they seem much better staffed! So grateful they’re here and it seems like they’re not prioritizing profits over their workers. Not to mention how clean and organized everything is in the Pharmacy, easy parking, and quick service for meds and vaccines. I also appreciate their direct text line for patients and their openness to answer questions! Very professional. Almost my whole family has switched over now.

We discovered PureCare while searching for alternatives to the big pharmacies. We transferred our prescriptions with great ease - they did most of the work. The refills are quick, correctly done, all questions answered, and their service is individualised - they take time with you. We had our flu and COVID - easy appointment setting , painless injection. Their prices are the same as our other pharmacy and they contacted the insurance company for us on one item. Feel so lucky they are there -

Worst business owner and staff. My brother had issues getting his medicine sent to the address and lost many times. Staff is the rudest one and they drop call on you if you don't have patience to listen to them. Last group of pharmacy tech students were great but new staff including pharmacist are horrible. Great neighborhood pharmacy. I unfortunately left my meds in Tahoe. PureCare staff help me get an emergency refill and worked with my insurance provider to get the Rx covered.
