Pure Skin Dermatology & Aesthetics

Very unprofessional, unresponsive office. I had an appointment that was scheduled MONTHS in advance. I was prompted to complete my new patient paperwork before my appointment or my appointment would be cancelled but have never been able to access my "patient account". I attempted to contact the office numerous times but never go a reply... eventually my appointment was cancelled. Very disappointing and irritating experience... BIG THUMBS DOWN!

I had a very disappointing experience with Dr. Debra L Grayman at Pureskin Dermatology & Aesthetics. She did not listen to my concerns and was dismissive throughout the appointment. Her manner came across as rude and impatient, and I felt rushed rather than cared for. Instead of discussing gentler or alternative treatment options, it felt like the focus was on pushing the most expensive and abrasive solutions. I left feeling unheard and uncomfortable, and I would not return.

Posted 11/07/25 I waited until my last treatment before writing this review, just to be sure the results hold up. I’d been dealing with a hyperpigmentation area for over 3 years and I tried everything—(OTC products, prescriptions) and seen a few dermatologist. Nothing worked. Frustrated - one day while searching online, I came across Dr. Grayman and PureSkin Dermatology. This time, I specifically wanted to see a dermatologist familiar with my skin type and culture because, after several failed attempts with others, I figured maybe someone who truly understands skin like mine could actually help. At first, I was hesitant (as anyone would be), but I decided to schedule a consultation. After accessing my skin issue, Dr. Grayman immediately knew what kind of treatment would work best. I even

Dr. Grayman is phenomenal. She is very knowledgeable and very articulate with explaining your condition and treatment. She makes you feel very comfortable. I look forward to coming back.

Oh my gosh. This doctor is fantastic! I've been having an issue and going to another dermatologist for 2 years. He didn't do crap to resolve it. She's done more in one visit than what they had done for 2 years. Dr. Grayman is very professional, very thorough, and very knowledgeable. I really wish I would have come to her sooner. Thank God I found her own mine. I think she's tremendous!
