Pure Podiatry of WNY, PLLC: Dr Breeann Wilson

Just left Dr. Wilson's practice and my feet already feel better! The office is in North Buffalo, across from North Park Theater. Staff very professional,warm and welcoming as soon as you arrive. If you do not do the forms on-line, be ready to fill out at least 7 pages. That was not a problem for me, it is what it is. Waiting area is clean and organized. There are stairs to get to upper area/ rooms for treatment but she has an electric seat/ assistance to take you safely. My appointment was at 4:30, Dr. Wilson came into the room by 4:15p.m. I was out by 4:45 p.m. She listened and advised me on what treatment was best. She took samples of my toenail and used a scalpel where needed. Dr. Wilson encouraged me to use soaks, medicated cream and proper sneakers for me. ( Being Nurse, the only pamp

Best doctor and staff! Honestly I loathe going to the doctor and will put it off but I had a great experience here. Everyone was friendly, answered questions and the doctor was super friendly. Highly recommend!

I called out of desperation in need of a steroid shot in my foot due to a heavy workload ahead. I would have been a new patient instead the phone receptionist who is representing the doc told me she wouldn’t ask the doc. If I could be seen as last patient. I’m literally 1min drive from their office. My situation was dismissed. Maybe this doctor should screen his hired help to handle new clients with more empathy and let the doctor decide on the situation for some possible wiggle room to help someone in dire need.i will never go there now. There’s protocol to follow and there’s also special circumstances that the doctor should make that call not the receptionist.

Very rude and condescending receptionist. Don’t bother trying to get in here they’ll tell you they have no availability for two months. Doesn’t matter if you’re in pain, they don’t care about providing care. Certainly can’t be bothered to open for more than 3 days a week. Lazy ah part time doctor.

Dr. Wilson and her staff are amazing. A Nice, comfortable office and the doctor as well as her staff are very professional and courteous. She takes the time to explain what's going on and whatever treatment is needed. My wife and I left feeling very satisfied that she was recommended to us.
