We’ve been using this pharmacy for over four years, and while they’ve always been good, lately they’ve been exceptional. The turnaround time on processing prescriptions and shipping has been faster than Amazon — truly impressive. A+ across the board!

Great customer service here. When you walk in just the atmosphere is so peaceful and calming. I could just sit in a chair and read a magazine and relax. People are so kind and if you have any questions they're so willing to help you. I will be back every month. Pretty excited on my new journey with this pharmacy. They sell a lot of diff stuff. Face creams, lotions, for wrinkles. I don't know if you need a script should have asked. But great place. Weird because it feels nothing like a pharmacy to me. Lol

I cant speak on the quality of this pharmacy's products but definitely not impressed with their customer service or policy compared to other compounding pharmacies. The first time I reached out they basically told me I could not get any price info unless they had a script on file which I thought was strange but ok she gave me a range and even though I said what my script would be she still told me I had to have it there for them to talk to me. Fine... my doctor sends my prescription to them and when I go to fill it which I use my debit card AND a flex spending card for health related expenses she tells me I have to pick one because they dont do split payments... What difference does it make ma'am? I'm like so you wont take the amount I have left on the card that HAS to be spent in so m

This place does a great job! At first, I wasn't sure how to.star them. However, after several months of being a customer of theirs... 5 STARS! Thank you, Pure Pharmacy!

The establishment is new the staff was very professional, polite and approachable. The pharmacist answered all of my questions. Will return and would recommend👍
