All of the people in Dr. Smith’s dental office are so helpful and accommodating and never condescending. They are very professional, but never in a stuffy way. The atmosphere is consistently positive and inviting. (How often would you describe a dentist office as “inviting?”). Stephanie, the hygienist, does a very thorough job, for which I am grateful. Does anyone like going to the doctor? I have a massive fear of dental visits. I neglected my dental health since I was in the military, about 20 years now. Today forever changed my entire perception and my fear has been alleviated. From start to finish, The entire staff blew my mind and filled my heart. I walked into Purcellville Dental and I was treated with genuine kindness, care, and love. I feel like they absolutely met me where I was at on every level and treated me, as an individual and not just another patient. I have to go back for a procedure in a couple of weeks. What I appreciate most is his integrity—he doesn't push unnecessary treatments or try to sell you an extensive treatment plan you don't need. Instead, he focuses on what's actually urgent and important for your dental health. It's refreshing to find a dentist who prioritizes patient care over profits. Highly recommend!

My family and I have been going to Dr. Smith for around 15 years now and we have been delighted with the care we have received from both him as well as the hygienists we've received care from. Both he and his staff are very caring and attentive. They have made the entire process of the actual dental work as well as any insurance/paperwork super easy to deal with. Everyone there is top notice in their field form the front desk to the back-office staff. Dr. Smith is kind, caring and extremely knowledgeable as a dentist. I wouldn't go anywhere else for my dental care.
