Dr Purcell took amble time to explain my condition and medical options along with known risks. He is a great communicator, perceptive and compassionate about his care of his patients.

I'm really glad I found Dr. Purcell. I never felt rushed during my initial consultation, and felt like he cared about diagnosing my knee pain and identifying the appropriate treatment. He listened, answered all my questions patiently, and gave me a few options for next steps, never directing me to one option over another, just telling me to choose the one I felt comfortable with.I opted to get imaging so he could see exactly what was going on, and when he received the results, he called me personally to go over them and suggest treatment options (Didn't even need to schedule a follow up appt. for the results). In a world of 5 minute appts. with doctors that are too busy to listen, Dr. Purcell stands apart as a provider that really cares.

What a great doctor, Ralph Purcell, is! He spends so much time talking with you about your health condition as well as many other interesting topics. His “bedside manner” is simply the best I’ve ever experienced. I received a steroid injection in my elbow from Dr Purcell this week and there was absolutely zero pain. I was shocked as I had one in my knee several years ago from another doctor and it hurt like hell. Dr Purcell has my highest recommendation! Just a super talented, super nice gentleman.

Dr. Purcell has been my doctor since 2015, he is attentive to detail and will explore all avenues to get you to feeling better. He performed my carpal tunnel surgery in 2016 and he did an amazing job, my scar is barely visible. I absolutely love Dr. Purcell and his bed manner, he takes the time to listen and not have you feel rushed. Now that I am having hand issues I came back to him and he has not changed, was able to get in quickly to see him and he referred me to get everything else done fast as well. Highly recommend!!

I cannot say enough positive things about Dr. Ralph Purcell. My son injured his finger and when it wasn't getting better like it should have we reached out to his office. He gave his expertise to help us make the right decision so my son could have the best possible outcome. He recommended against surgery and made sure we took all the right steps to give the bone a chance to heal on its own. His care and kindness coupled with knowledge and thoroughness is something I cannot thank him enough for. All of the staff were kind and helped us getting all the images ordered and things done quickly. I only wish we would have contacted him sooner!
