Daniel was very professional and kind and did a wonderful job explaining my issue. Tristan was also very kind and professional. Missy made me cry trying to X-ray my foot….through no fault of her own…..and you could tell she was sincere in knowing that it was causing pain to move around to get the picture she needed. It was a long wait, but everyone was kind and helpful.

I've never had an emergency room staff be so accommodating. I have a autistic child and instead of sending us away like the first urgent care we went to they helped us. The ladies their were kind and knew it was going to be a difficult situation as my kid don't like being touched . They did everything they needed to in one go . So as to only upset my child once and not a handful of times . The wait time was feasible. Great experience

I was sent to the ER by my neurologist. I got treated as if I was dumb and drug seeking. I have medical issues and for them to blow it off and not believe me really sucks for the both of us. Thank you for having me there and speaking about me outside my curtain like we couldn't hear. I don't go to the ER because of the Drs and the way I get treated. Some people have real issues that you should have a better bedside manner. After already feeling my worst, I didn't feel better with the way I was treated. The 2 nurses I did see were great.

2/5 of the staff were horrible, x-ray tech and one of the nurses were very friendly and kind. Dr Hanna was nice but didn’t seem to care too much what I told her about reception and intake nurse and my experience up until her. Place was nice and pretty clean. When my husband went a month or so ago he said everyone was friendly. Maybe it was an off night. 🤷🏻‍♀️

They sent my 3 year old home with a dislocated elbow. Didn’t even try to maneuver it back into place. Just took X-rays and sent us on our way because “nothing looked wrong” took her to another ER and they popped it right in. Of course I’ve tried to call and talk to someone about our experience but cannot get a call back.
