I had a wonderful experience with Pura Vida Orthodontics! As an adult who never had braces as a child, their clear aligners were the perfect option for me. From start to finish, staff were friendly, knowledgeable and reassuring. Extremely satisfied with my outcome and would highly recommend!

I had a great experience at this orthodontics office! The entire team was welcoming and professional, but I especially want to highlight how helpful Rachelle was. She went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable, accommodating me in ways she truly didn’t have to, and she explained everything clearly throughout my visit.

The process with Invisalign was lengthy, but Dr. Madson and her team at Pura Vida were consummate professionals every step of the way. They took the time to explain the process and answer questions. I had a missing front tooth throughout the process, waiting for the straightening of my teeth prior to oral surgery. They were able to make the aligners appear as though I had a front tooth. And they coordinated with my dentist and oral surgeon throughout the process to ensure a successful result. At the end of the process, my dentist could not say enough good things about Dr. Madsen and how she perfectly aligned my teeth. One final word: each staff at Pura Vida, was, without exception, personable and engaging. A big thanks to everyone for achieving the desired results!

I had an appointment today, been dealing with a lot lately and I had the pleasure to have Kayla working on my teeth. Even though we struggled to get a tough wire out she made my day so much better. She also made sure to check if she was hurting me in anyway she made me laugh a LOT. I enjoyed my experience today! I overall love this Orthodontist no matter the location everyone is so kind and it’s needed!

I can’t say enough good things about this office! From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted with such a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Everyone is professional, friendly, and truly cares about their patients. A special shoutout to Lexi, the assistant—she is absolutely wonderful! She’s not only knowledgeable and efficient but also goes out of her way to make you feel comfortable and at ease. Her positive attitude and attention to detail make every visit a great experience. I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for an orthodontist—you’ll be in the best hands here!
