Pulse Urgent Care Center

Extremely disappointed with the care I received. I saw the Dr. Who gave me a few prescriptions to get filled. Going on 2 weeks later and 4 calls 2 of which were voicemails, My prescriptions have not been forwarded to my pharmacy. I am still in need of my prescriptions but can't do anything because this clinic is not doing their part of the job where they submit the prescriptions into the pharmacy.

Thank goodness for Pulse Urgent Care since i cannot seem to get a Primary Doctor in Redding. Charlene and Doc were amazing!! Friendly and efficient. They actually take their time and listen to patients. Thank you!

My 81 year old mom is visiting from out of state and was having trouble hearing. The wait time was not bad. The staff was very friendly and professional. The PAC-Brayshaw and her assistant Charlene did an amazing job helping my mom. She can hear again and we couldn’t be more grateful. Thank you all!

Wonderful team, and they all have such a lovely nature when you walk in, treating every single patient with kindness and care. I'm so grateful they could take me on and support me when I needed it the most.

This is by far the best office I have ever visited for medical care. The staff is very attentive. From Sheila at the front desk, to the nurses and especially Dr. Lui. I have never been treated with such consideration at any other doctor's office in my life. I highly recommend pulse urgent Care for all of your emergency medical needs!
