Pulse-MD Urgent Care

There was a wait but there were many people there for the flu. The receptionist, RN and PA all kept it professional and friendly. Then there was a fire alarm as if people hadn't had enough. But no one freaked out or rolled their eyes or anything. The Pulse MD staff kept on like troopers. Extremely tolerant folks on staff that day. Great job!

Jolene at the front desk was extremely kind courteous and patient with me as I had to call my insurance company to get my new insurance information. She didn’t make me feel stressed or rushed or anything! After several bad experiences at urgent cares in the area, it was really refreshing to see such great customer service!!

This is primarily the location that I go due to it being close to my home. The girl at the front desk with the green hair is always very friendly and welcoming. It's nice to be greeted with a smile. The doctors are great here as well. 10:10 recommend

Great client care!! I came in for a physical the other day and it was the best experience I have had in a medical facility in a long time. As soon as I walked in Justin greeted me with a smile and made me feel so comfortable- despite the fact that I hate doctors’ offices. He then walked me through the paperwork and answered all questions I had. He was so professional and polite. He assured me it would be only a short wait, and then I went in to see the practitioner, Donna. She was kind and personable. When I was done, Justin was again there with a smile and wished me a great day. After such a lovely smooth experience, I did have a great day! Thank you to Justin and Donna at Pulse MD. My family and I will be back for all our urgent care needs.

first time here was a great experience! The woman in reception was very friendly. There was no wait - I was sitting for less than 10 minutes before being called in (I had, however, filled out all forms online before going in). When I was called in, the nurse and provider that treated me were both very kind and attentive. Addressed my concerns and ordered bloodwork which was done quickly. They discussed recommended follow up treatment with me. I was in and out within the hour and my first tests results were uploaded to my portal the following morning. Despite being in and out quickly, they were thorough and I did not feel rushed. Will definitely come back if I need quick care again!
